One of the significant improvements was the inclusion of a laundry area on the first floor. This addition addressed the functional gap, making household chores more manageable and less physically taxing for the homeowner.

We needed to replace our in-cabinet double oven and there was no oven that would fit in the existing space. Within days of our request Scott was on the job that required widening the sides and lowering the bottom, rebuilding the drawer, and rerouting electrical outlets
