Safety Features and Usability
Installing a new, up-to-code railing system greatly enhanced safety, ensuring secure and easy access. Additionally, the converted space, now heated and conditioned, eliminated its previous cold storage function, transforming it into a versatile, functional area.

First-Floor Laundry Convenience
One of the significant improvements was the inclusion of a laundry area on the first floor. This addition addressed the functional gap, making household chores more manageable and less physically taxing for the homeowner.

We needed to replace our in-cabinet double oven and there was no oven that would fit in the existing space. Within days of our request Scott was on the job that required widening the sides and lowering the bottom, rebuilding the drawer, and rerouting electrical outletsBrilliantly done and we couldn’t be more pleased. I have used W.E.Davies Handyman Services for the past two years and currently for varying home maintenance needs. I love that the office staff is friendly, polite, easy to reach and very helpful. The handyman staff are also friendly, polite, very reliable, work quickly and do excellent work. Worth every penny and I will continue to call them for future home maintenance needs.
