This client was looking to remove an old three-season screen porch on the second story of their home. The porch was built by the previous owner and had become a growing headache for the current homeowner. The client wanted to find a home remodeler who could provide quality work, fair pricing, a friendly and efficient team, and a reasonable timeline.

This project was particularly challenging, as it required removing the porch and adding a new window and siding. Our team successfully removed the structure, tied in the existing roof line with a new roof, matched the new siding to the current siding, and replaced the old porch doorway with a window.

I had an excellent experience with W.E. Davies. They worked with me to keep costs manageable for a complete bathroom overall and to incorporate into the design, some features that I really wanted, but that weren't readily available. I think that they went out of the way to ensure that I was pleased with the end product.

I have used W.E.Davies Handyman Services for the past two years and currently for varying home maintenance needs. I love that the office staff is friendly, polite, easy to reach and very helpful. The handyman staff are also friendly, polite, very reliable, work quickly and do excellent work. Worth every penny and I will continue to call them for future home maintenance needs. Our project (a bathroom remodel) was handled smoothly and efficiently by Davies & Sons and was completed in a timely manner. W.E. Davies company was recommended to us by another contractor.
