This project was completed in three phases consisting of updates to interior bathrooms, doors & windows. Then, additions were added for expanded indoor & outdoor space. And finally, W.E. Davies completed a full basement renovation complete with an amazing theater room.

Phase One

Updated Bathrooms, Windows & A Full Roof Replacements

Phase 1 focused on essential remodels throughout the home. The team completely renovated all four bathrooms with updated fixtures and finishes. The team transformed the laundry room for improved functionality.

Every window in the home was replaced with energy-efficient models. All doors received upgrades for enhanced security and aesthetics. The project culminated with a full roof replacement to protect the entire investment and improve curb appeal.

Phase Two

Multiple additions and a full kitchen renovation

Phase two included three major additions that dramatically expanded living space and functionality

  • First floor bedroom bump out
  • Two-story garage
  • Two-story great room

The project also included a complete kitchen renovation with modern finishes and appliances, plus fresh siding throughout the entire exterior to create a cohesive, updated aesthetic that seamlessly blended the new additions with the existing home structure.

Phase Three

Full Basement Renovation & Theater Room

Finally, the team focused on the basement. W.E. Davies completed a full basement remodel with an updated living room, more storage space and a full theater room to provide a home theater experience for the client and their family to enjoy.
